ulterior motive

i'll be honest.

last sunday, i received a message from a number i was unfamiliar with.
the message was simple.
too simple.
it was something that could have hidden many ulterior motives and lies.
it was a simple, "Hi."

and so i replied to enquire, and i got back this message.
"sum1 who wants to be your friend"
at that point of time, it was getting suspicious to me.
i mean, i've played this kind of tricks before. and hell no,
when you randomly wanna be friends,
it really means you've got an ulterior motive.

and so i replied, making sure he didnt get the wrong person.
i was tryna make sure that the sender knows that i am a guy and not some babe.

"believe it or nt, i got ur number off the female toilet"
CLICHE as it was.
there were broken links to the story.
simply cos later on, the sender was a person named Nate/N.
and taking Media Studies in NP
enlisting in NS next year.
and presumed i had a high rank considering the fact
that im a transport supervisor in training.

so halfway, i didnt wanna get to know him more.
i mean, dude, as horrible as i was before, i
've kinda had enough with getting touchy with guys.
but they can happen still happen in my head. i dont want any of it no more.
why?

im in a camp with an overladen capacity of the same species.
__________

the next 2 days

"havent heard from u since. was it something i said?"

i told fithrin, and he verbally replied, "yuck no, its something you are!"
"so you think alif passed him my number?" tsk tsk, i questioned.
and i wonder what that gay pal of mine is doing right now.
those really were the days. ahem.

__________

but 2day

"are you going out with them?" fithrin
"hmmm..." i stared blankly at the ceiling
"go ah, i pick you up"
"do what?"
"hang out with Mat Rep"
"but we do that everyday"
"this time its outside (camp)"

and i continued staring at the ceiling.
