this is the part where i go err...
now, i have no qualms or anything against the china produced buses.
trust me, i travel on china made buses everyday at 0645hours and at around 1815hours.
the Woodlands Transport Bus Company send us soldiers from Sembawang to Kaki Bukit in their new modern King Long buses.
so, to have an advance warning that SMRT is getting a demo model from Yutong is kinda ok for me. not that excited but just ok. i was hoping for maybe another Mercedes or Scania Bus. but i guess a china bus model would be more affordable and reasonably priced.
if SMRT decides that this model was suitable, then they'll place their orders.
and i do hope that this is just for the replacement of the 15 Scania Elbo and not for the replacement of the plentiful Nissans.
